Passionate founder of a holistic haven in Queensland, Australia, I’m a Holistic Nutritionist, Certified Jay Shetty Life and Success Coach, Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, and Ayurvedic and Menopause Wellness Coach. I’m redefining thriving as a woman entrepreneur.
In my mid-50s, I’ve shifted from traditional business in the early ‘90s to today’s digital culture. I’m not here for social media hacks or quick riches.
