BOOKING, CANCELLATION & WAITLIST POLICIES All sessions are held online via video call. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. ALIGNMENT CALL Complimentary and no cancellation fee applies. As a courtesy please provide 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. WRITTEN REPORTS Life Purpose Report · Full Human Design Report Reports cannot be refunded once your birth details have been received and preparation has begun. Cancellations requested within 48 hours of purchase and before birth details are submitted will receive a full refund. Reports are delivered to your inbox within 5 business days (Life Purpose) or 7 business days (Full Report) of receiving your birth details — date of birth, exact time of birth and place of birth. RETREAT WAITLIST Joining the waitlist carries no obligation. Once your retreat place is confirmed a non-refundable deposit secures your space.
