Cancellation Policy
Booking and Cancellation Policy for Evergreen Table Coaching Business Booking To schedule a coaching session, please visit our website www.evergreentable.com.au or contact us via email hello@evergreentable.com.au We require full payment to secure your booking. In the case part payments are accepted the remaining balance is due before the start of your first session. Cancellation If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please do so at least 24 hours in advance via the link provided in your confirmation email. Cancellations made less than 12 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the session fee. No-shows will be charged the full session fee if there has been no contact made by the client. Exceptions In the event of an emergency or unforeseen circumstance, we may waive our cancellation policy at our discretion. Refunds We do not offer refunds for coaching sessions once completed.
